Freewill and My Favorite Prophecy

בס"ד

Why is it that we cannot experience Hashem outright? He is hiding behind this concept of nature that He created, but for what purpose?

As I have stated many times, we are here on Earth to improve ourselves spiritually and to make adequate correction that will bring us to an eternity of joy with Hashem. We accomplish this task by voluntarily and willingly serving Hashem and doing all that He asks of us. If we didn't have the freewill decision capability, we would not accomplish our mission. Hashem did not create us as robots to just automatically do everything without a thought process.

We say every day that Hashem created us in His image. This is not referring to a physical image; but, that we have personality traits that emulate Hashem and allow us to do His will. This also means that we are capable of deciding and carrying out, of our own freewill, His commandments, or not doing them as I discussed previously. Without the ability to decide, the rectification to our souls would not occur. If we were aware of Hashem’s presence, the system would not give us free reign to do our thing – right or wrong. So He hides and even makes everything look random just to help us. It is the testing of this world that gives us the Tikun, the perfection, for which we are here on Earth.

The question is: Will Hashem continue to hide; or, when the redemption comes and the testing is over, will we experience Him as we did at Mount Sinai? It is not well known that it wasn’t Moses alone that experienced Hashem, but the entire congregation of close to 3 million as well. Why am I saying experienced Him instead of “heard Him?” It is brought down that our five senses completely melded together to give us a complete experience. The fact that “We heard the light and we saw the sound” lets us know it was a miraculous experience that is indescribable, beyond human comprehension. It was so scary that the Children of Israel cried out to Moses after Hashem disclosed only two commandments “we are afraid; you continue to tell us the commandments.”

What will actually happen in the future when Hashem is no longer hidden? We get some insight from the Torah – the story of Joseph and his brothers. I am not going to retell all the details (if you don't know the story, you now have a homework assignment – look it up). The important facts are that Joseph’s ten brothers (Benjamin not included), out of jealousy, threw him into the pit then sold him into slavery. Joseph, who was 17 years old, was taken down to Egypt where, through a series of events, he wound up as second in command to Pharaoh (that is what we call Yiddishe sechal – if you don’t understand this statement, get back to your homework assignment and include it). He saved Egypt and the rest of the world through his plan to horde food from a period of 7 productive years to feed everyone during the 7 years of famine that followed.

His own brothers came down to Egypt to take advantage of the available food at which time Joseph put them to the test. They were not aware that this VIP of Egypt, now 39 years of age, was their brother. They had not seen him in 22 years, but Joseph recognized them. His biggest concern was to find out if they had repented the sin of what they did to him. When he realized the pain that his brothers were experiencing over their misdeeds, Joseph in a very emotional state disclosed to his brothers “I am Joseph your brother” (this week’s Parashas Vayigash). We are told that at that point his brothers miraculously were given total insight as to what had transpired during the 22 years of separation, and that Hashem was the One who had caused it. The brothers were comforted to know that it had to happen that way to accomplish the will of Hashem (it was the forerunner to Hashem forming His chosen nation).

Now, finally, my favorite prophecy. It is a beautiful story, but why am I bringing it up here? The Chofetz Chaim, zt"l, tells us that this story is prophecy (actually everything in the Torah is prophecy) of how in the end of days Hashem will say the words again “I am Hashem, your G-d” (as Joseph said: "I am Joseph"). At that time all of history miraculously will become clear to us (as the 22 years became totally clear to Joseph's brothers). We will fully understand why everything happened the way it did according to Hashem’s will.

I snuck in the word “again” when I said that we will experience Hashem. What did I mean by that? This is the second redemption, with the first one being at the time we were taken out of Egypt and brought to Mount Sinai. This time will be a permanent redemption; after which Hashem will no longer be allusive to us. We will be totally aware of His presence and all the pleasant changes that the end will bring. We will no longer have an evil inclination since we will no longer need freewill (the other prophecy that I mentioned appears in Parashat Nitzavim). No more testing means no more temptation. In other words, everyone will only want to serve Hashem with joy and love. There is no decision to be made when you have only one very pleasant choice.

There will be no more war, hatred, sickness or death. At some future time, known only to Hashem, we will experience the resurrection of the dead, all our departed loved ones will return (there are some exceptions that will not, but that’s another story). The overall timeline as to what is coming up, and when, is very involved, but it appears that we are much closer than we think.

I have given you even more reason to work on yourself before it is too late. Take this seriously – the advantages to you and your loved ones of voluntarily following Hashem’s ways now and not waiting until Hashem decides for you are monumental.

There are two types of Jews in the world – observant Torah Jews and those that are not observant yet. All Jews will follow the ways of Hashem in the future, but the ones who start before the choice is removed will have it the best for all eternity.

I bring this post up at this time since, since there are so many indications that we are closer than we think to the time of Hashem not being hidden. What are our hints? All the events that are to happen in the world before the redemption and introduction of Moshiach, according to scriptures, have happened (past tense) or are happening (present tense). Also, all the messages that we are getting (and are coming true) from the great Rabbis, the Gedolim of today, the messages from those involved with Facilitated Communications, FC, are not to be ignored. I have been reading the FC messages for 18 years; and, they have passed the test of Prophecy described in Parashas Shoftim (Devarim 18:15-22) and the prophecy in Bava Basra, 12 that tells us that these individuals will provide prophetic messages in the end of days. Don’t ignore all the very profound messages that Hashem is sending us these days – it is our future at stake.

Now you know my favorite prophecy that Hashem will not be hidden in the near future and that His presence will cause the world to go from an upside-down fantasy world of deception and lies to a wonderful world of goodness and truth. All the evil ones will be gone and only the righteous will remain to live the Absolute Truth, B”H.

I always like to include the message from Harry Rothenberg, which last week was

    1. I have no information from any professional source other than Hashem telling us of a Star coming with much accompanying debris.

This Nibiru Channel gets lots of very interesting videos from amateurs all over the world, and it is the bling leading the blind. No one knows what they are seeing.

Since all this is a wake-up call from Hashem to get our attention, it obviously is working. We should know the absolute truth soon and fully understand Hashem's plan.

    1. There is no doubt about it the statistics are staggering. I noticed that there were 224 earthquakes worldwide in the past 24 hours and some were big.

  4. Listen up dear rav, some 70 countries are expected to attend the Paris "peace conference", meaning Munich II- this time to sell out the Jews instead of the Czechs. This conference is only five days before Nimrod leaves office. Once again, the vile, sadistic anti-Semitic cretin in the White House is a coward and empolys other anti-Semites to do his dirty work for him. Do you think this is the final round up for Gog and Magog and the ultimate revenge against the 70 original nations?

  5. Dear Rav, You made the following statement,,,,,
"we will experience the resurrection of the dead, all our departed loved ones will return (there are some exceptions that will not, but that’s another story)."
I would appreciate just a few words regarding that some of our "loved ones" will
not return,,,please explain this just a little further. Are you saying that some of our loved one's need not come back?, do they stay in heaven,? Are you saying that perhaps our "loved one's" may not have the Merit to come back"...Though we see them as "Loved One's" they may not be good and righteous and there hearts are not pure and thus there is no merit, to be brought back.? and if not..
THEN WHAT? Can a soul be erased.? Will all the souls be brought into this world, during resurrection of the dead,.? I know this is a long discussion, but if you can just answer part of the topic, regarding "some departed loved one's will not return. Thank you

    1. I am not an expert on the subject and the details are cover in many, many pages in the Talmud, Zohar, etc.

First of all any relative that was cremated or a suicide or, chas v'shalom very wicked and other categories, have lost their return privileges.

There are 36 kereisos mentioned in the Torah which enumerates 36 transgressions that carry the punishment of kareis, which means being "cut off." This is a very involved subject, but it basically means that this person does not get Olam Habah.

There is such a thing as total elimination of the soul, meaning it doesn't exist anymore.

    2. Thank you Rav,That last line you wrote is a terrifying thought. I will have to look deeper into subject matter. I look back in my life, I remember a promise that I made with Hashem when I was 6 or 7
that no matter how I would be mis-treated by others or that which may transpire in life....that I would not treat others in such a way, so that I can be looked upon in favor with Hashem. This was a strong promise, and belief and faith that Hashem was with me...
I new at an early age that I would be judged, and there was
a scale in heaven that weighs the life we will live by our actions.
I wanted to make sure that I get through life without doing harm or hurt to anyone. As the years went by, I stayed strong on this belief.
The Road has been long, though I know Hashem is with me, but I
felt closer to Hashem when I was a child., or I can say Hashem felt closer to me when I was a child.

Interesting though, we can be kind to others, and help others financaily and find that there are those that take advantage, we say nothing and the person continues to take advantage and people even become more wicked the more you show kindness, then that
person speaks Lashon Hara of lies, to another that you do business with,. There was such a person, in which I confronted privately as to not embarrass the person, I approached my statement to that person, of the damage that was done, and what she said. The persons face turned red and distorted with guilt and that person even drawn blood from the lip of her mouth after it was bit. I actually felt bad for the person,..She probably was saying to herself , how could I have done such a thing to a person that helped me, and been kind to me. how could she speak with a false tongue, and to be envious of another that was kind. In that moment that person was embarrassed, right though the soul. It was sad to see.,and there was no need to further what her actions had done., and even though I could have sued the person. I moved forward. The entire experience, was just that. As I look deeper into what had happened, shortly after, all parties involved had there souls, there character exposed for who they really were, I went through the experience knowing this was happening for a reason,..and it all turned out
as an amazing Blessing from Hashem....for Hashem was separating
me from the wicked as to protect me.,truly a blessing..As I look deeper into this,(the two people were not Jewish) there Lashon Hara
was a great sin, but Hashem worked it so that I would be protected.
TO ALL, everything is accounted for and we will find ourselves in situations that will test us., and do your best to follow the instructions in the TORAH of how to live, need not lower yourself,
stay firm on how the TORAH teaches us the moral and ethical way
to be, and you will see Hashem is watching over us. No matter how bad things look.,AND as I said before, a Rabbi once explained to someone that if we truly new what these tests, and hardships, and difficult times do for our soul spiritually and what it really means., and the purpose as to why, which is beyond our comprehension.. We would look up to the skies, to Hashem and the heavens and say, G-d ..Please give me more problems!!! So everyone, when things get difficult, and you feel despair, just look up to Hashem and say,
Even though I do not understand why I am going through this,.
You have your reasons, I will get through this, because Hashem
is watching over me., "Hear O Israel, G‑d is our L-rd, G‑d is One." and I will do better. I will live a Torah Life, and myself included I
will do better so that I can feel closer to Hashem as I did when I was
      a child.

Love To All, May we merit the coming of Moshiach soon .

    4. Wiping out sins is a lot more complicated than I have room for here. As an example: someone who has killed people, chas v'shalom, can do Teshuvah and not kill anymore, but cannot wipe out the past sins committed.

Even less subtle. If someone woke up, and started to do all normal activities and then realized it is Shabbos, that person could do Teshuvah, start to honor the Shabbos and be forgiven. But if someone woke up and knew it was Shabbos and intentionally said: I don't care even though I know it is commanded by Hashem, I will not honor the Shabbos, that is a sin that is not forgivable, even with Teshuvah.

In the days of the Temple, the individual who inadvertently forgot it was Shabbos could bring a sin offering to the Temple and be forgiven. The one who intentionally refused to honor Shabbos, cannot bring an offering, it is a permanent sin.

I have said many times how Lashon Harah is serious. Speaking LH about someone damages that person, the person who speaks LH and anyone who believes the LH. It is an unforgivable sin (like the killer, it can't be taken back).

With everything one can do Teshuvah and correct ones behavior, but there are situations that the damage from the past cannot be undone and that is a sin on one's record.

Then there are examples that are even more tricky. If a secular Jew does not keep Kosher, and then becomes observant and starts, he is forgiven for the before. Why? Because he didn't know that it was a commandment from Hashem. But, once he learns that Hashem commanded it and how serious it is not to follow, he is obligated to be observant for the rest of his life.

It is a very complicated subject covered by many, many pages in scriptures, but the thought of one losing his Olam Habah and not being able to retrieve it by Teshuvah is very real.
