For those of you, who want another opinion, watch this short video from Rabbi Yosef Mizrachi:
Wow!!! That sounds like the same thing I have been saying for years. Repenting now with a very positive attitude is the key to a very happy eternity. People, who think they are fooling Hashem by pretending to be observant while they continue their secular ways, are the losers in this game of life. They will find out the hard way that Hashem will probably let them survive, but with great hardship and not too good an eternal future.
Now you have another opinion; of course you already had Hashem’s opinion.
Thank you AP.

Thank you for sharing this. Rabbi Mizrachi never pulls his punches and always gets straight to the point. We've all surely seen a lot of what he's talking about and lamented the situation. But we're also a generation that doesn't know how or is afraid to rebuke, so we see the problems but don't know what to do about them. Parents are afraid to totally turn off their kids to Yiddishkeit so they allow the shorter skirt and say nothing about the tight blouse. Where are our leaders to decisively and categorically 'lay down the law?'
ReplyDeleteYou are admitting to the fact that we are still human beings with a Yetzer Harah to deal with. The only tool we have and must pass on to our loved ones is education.
DeleteChildren don't always believe what their parents say. But, when we guide them to make their own discoveries, they start telling us the absolute truth as though they are the first to discover it. It is OK as long as the results are good Teshuvah for everyone.
You may ask: how do I get them to want to make discoveries. Answer is we can't, but Hashem can. Turn to Hashem and ask for help; it works when you have complete faith in Hashem's system. One way that Hashem helped me was to give me all kinds of mystical things to show, such as hidden Torah codes, fulfilled prophecies that knock your socks off, Gematrias, etc.
EVERY yid will live forever since EVERY yid will do Teshuvah. Moshiach wis a delicate subject and one must learn ALL of Hashem's words not just the few that suit our agenda.
ReplyDeleteIt is even better than that. According to Zechariah 13:8, 2 1/2 billion people will survive and live forever. All will have the Yetzer Harah removed and will only have one agenda: to completely follow Hashem. It is all good news.
