He believed the knowledge would give him a higher spiritual understanding.

Yes, it is true that Eve was tricked, but it is the age old lesson not to add or subtract from Hashem's commandments.

The biggest problem, as is mentioned above, is that when Hashem asked Adam "what did you do?" instead of doing Teshuvah and never doing it again, Adam said Lashon Harah and blamed it on Hashem: "it was that woman they you gave me."

It is such a strong Torah lesson that Hashem gives us the ability to correct our sins by doing Teshuvah, but as with Adam, human beings like to blame others and try to get away with our mistakes. History has suffered for Adam's mistake, but we still have the ability to do the right thing for ourselves -- do Teshuvah and don't repeat the mistake. We are still treated by Hashem measure for measure as individuals. The Absolute Truthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14060786380470453883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-170726902683483449.post-66127812628493696942017-10-23T11:43:41.510+03:002017-10-23T11:43:41.510+03:00The whole thing about coming to Israel is that Has...The whole thing about coming to Israel is that Hashem is sending many messages that Israel is the only safe place for a Jew (we have been told that in scriptures about the end of days).

If one is doing proper Teshuvah, it is more meaningful in Israel. If one is continuing his evil ways, he will receive measure for measure his just punishment and it doesn't make any difference where in the world he is.The Absolute Truthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14060786380470453883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-170726902683483449.post-42371958053335261732017-10-22T20:46:35.715+03:002017-10-22T20:46:35.715+03:00When they say come to Israel, the autists are not ...When they say come to Israel, the autists are not saying that you can do sins on purpose and continue with 'business as usual'...
For Jews who come to israel and go on with their old tricks, you can stay international because even in israel you will not be safe!
Coming to israel is not just to come here but israel will also be much safer than most places in the world when everything falls apart and the Zionists and riff raffs in israel will also make us many hardships but we will fill our synagogue, lock the doors and come closer to heaven and that will be like coming into a beautiful world while the almighty finishes up cleaning this filthy, ugly wicked and wild world and all the evil human beings.
For those who are not able to come maybe because of finance, tending to the elders, or just not able because of health, hold on tight, pray very hard and get into the synagogue and pray and scream to g-d to help you and all the real Jews and all the good people where you are...
So as a researcher, is the process to moshiachs arrival already happening since the solar eclipse, will moshiach
Be announced this year? Is the world as we recognize it finally ending or do we still have a long path to go?

Heaven forbid this exile and evil world continue any longer or it will have to be wiped-out foreverJ mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00025513389671529687noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-170726902683483449.post-26276808157981115652017-10-22T19:18:50.859+03:002017-10-22T19:18:50.859+03:00Um...that is not exactly true. Adam erred with tragic results when he added to the prohibition of not EATING from the tree by telling Chava that she was not allowed to TOUCH it as well. Because of that mistake, Chava was way more susceptible in falling for the snake's sly words. Once the snake pushed her onto the tree and she touched it and nothing happened, then she doubted that anything would happen if she actually ate it. Most opinions agree that Adam and Chava wanted to become close to Hashem and know Him in the best way and they convinced themselves this was the way. Chava was not a witch, she is the mother of all of humanity! Adam and Chava were created as one being in the beginning and then Hashem separated them. There is a lot to try to understand about those beginning few days.Miriamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02354626374045313249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-170726902683483449.post-49209143155263737032017-10-22T13:13:49.395+03:002017-10-22T13:13:49.395+03:00I made a mistake in a previous comment and I want ...I made a mistake in a previous comment and I want to correct myself: Adam wasn't with Lilith after Chava. He was DOING TESHUVA for 130 years, fasting, asking for forgiveness, trying to fix the sin of the etz hada'at. But in those years he had nocturnal emissions while sleeping, because he abstained from sex. So Lilith took that semen to create demons and filthy souls, some of them came in the generation of the flood, the generation of dispersion, Sodom and even the erev rav who came out of Egypt. That was a consequence, not a punishment. In other words, Adam was a tzadik gamur and his sins were not intentional. HE WAS A TZADIK! As a matter of fact, it wasn't even "shogeg". He was considered "anus" (dismissed) regarding the tree of knowledge because his evil wife beat him and forced him to drink the forbidden fruit. And the wasted sperm came out while he was sleeping, when he didn't have control over his body. The same thing happens to me almost every week, and many other people as well. Poor Adam, all these years we are blaming him for something he didn't do. I feel bad for blaming him. I didn't know the full picture.

Chava and the snake are responsible for all the mess, not Adam. The only mistake he made was speaking with chutzpah against Hakadosh Baruch Hu ("the woman YOU GAVE ME made me do it"... he asked for that witch to be created in the first place, because he was lonely, so it was ungratefulness to Hashem and he got the curse of having to work for a living)Ginno Riccihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07863872376063911318noreply@blogger.com
